Inverness Badenoch & Strathspey CAB has been providing the Highland community of Inverness with a vital advice and information service for many years and this has now been extended to include the communities of Badenoch and Strathspey.
We provide FREE, CONFIDENTIAL, IMPARTIAL and INDEPENDENT information and advice on a variety of subjects.
We also recognise the importance of empowering our clients to take control, make their own decisions and improve their own lives.

The first point of contact when you arrive at the bureau. On arrival please go directly to the reception window. We ask you to complete some forms so that we can then assess how best to help you and how urgent your issue is.

Our Bureau has 9 spacious interview rooms where you can discuss your issues in a confidential setting with one of our advisers or caseworkers. Each room has internet and phone access.
Central City Location
We are situated nearer the church street end of Union Street, directly behind the bus-stop and directly next door to 'The Pram Centre' shop. Just look for the white and blue frontage.
This is a bright and spacious area for clients to spend time in until they can be seen by an adviser.
